Because all of our keepsake designs are custom, all sales are final.
Once your keepsake has been completed and picked-up/shipped, any changes or alterations you may desire will be subject to an additional charge.
When you place an order, a non-refundable $85/bouquet deposit is required to begin processing your flowers. If your order is $100 or less, the total payment is due at the time of order.
A 50% deposit from the total package cost is required (minus original deposit), before your frame can be ordered.
(Example: Total package price is $200. Original deposit was $65. An additional $35 deposit is required before frame(s) can be ordered)
Processing cannot be canceled, the flowers will be ruined.
NatureAll Keepsake Design liability is limited to 100% of the keepsake cost paid.
All contents desired to be placed inside of Keepsake (ie. Pictures, Invitations etc.) must be delivered within 14 days of ordering frame.
All colors will slightly change during freeze-drying. During the years you will also notice a softer Victorian look to your bouquet.
Any returned check has a $25 return fee.
After 30 days from completion notice any keepsake not picked up or shipped will be charged $25 stocking fee. After 60 days from completion notice any keepsake not picked up or shipped will become property of NatureAll Keepsake Design including deposits. Before shipping or pick up can occur, remaining balance must be paid in cash or money order.
